How does payment work?

50% deposit to begin, 50% on delivery. No work starts without the deposit, and you won't pay in full until you're happy with the result.

How long does a website take?

Basic websites typically take 1-2 weeks. Booking systems and custom software take 2-4+ weeks depending on scope, confirmed upfront before work begins.

Can I update it myself?

Yes, every project includes a walkthrough of how to make basic updates yourself. A maintenance plan is also available if you'd rather I handle it.

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own your site and domain outright once final payment is received, with no lock-in and no ongoing fees unless you choose continued support.

Can you redesign my current site?

Yes, website redesigns are one of the business solutions I offer, whether that's a full rebuild or a refresh of what you already have.

Do I need hosting?

Every project includes hosting setup. You can start free on a Starter hosting plan or go with a custom domain under Professional hosting.

Can you register my domain?

Yes, domain registration is available separately and I'll handle the purchase, DNS and SSL setup for you.

What counts as a "round of revisions"?

A round of revisions is a single batch of feedback on the design or content, colours, text changes, layout tweaks, that I make in one pass. Small clarifications while we're in the same round don't count against you; a full new direction after approval would.

What if I need to cancel partway through?

Just reach out and let me know. The deposit covers work already done, and I'll share whatever's been built so far, no obligation to continue.
